Need help with your order? 

Where is my order?

All orders ship for free within the U.S. and typically ship within 3-5 business days after your order is placed! 

All mug orders and art prints in sizes 8" x 10 and larger have a tracking number that is emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please check your email to find the tracking information. Greeting cards and 5" x 7" art prints are mailed via USPS 1st Class Mail and do not have a tracking number. These are typically delivered within 2-5 business days of shipment (and up to 10 business days for international shipments), but if you do not receive your order after a week of shipment, please contact me.

If there is an issue with the delivery of your order (for example, if the tracking shows it has been delivered but you did not receive it), please contact the postal service directly to try to resolve, as this is out of my control and not my responsibility. If you are not able to resolve it with the postal service, please contact me and I will do what I can to resolve the issue for you.

Refunds

I want all customers to be happy with their order! If you have a specific question that does not fall within this policy, please contact me here.

Once an order has been printed and shipped, I can no longer cancel it.

If your order is damaged in the mail or during manufacturing, please send a photo of the damaged product and I will then see that you receive a replacement.

Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis, but generally, products that have been kept for longer than 21 days may not be returned or refunded.

Similarly, I am not responsible for orders that do not arrive on time for a specific occasion/holiday, products that are accidentally ordered/now unwanted, or spelling errors made by the customer.

I am also not responsible for shipping addresses provided in error.

I take responsibility for your satisfaction when you trust me with your order, and will make exceptions within reason.
